"We have hired Sosa Painting twice. The first time the exterior of a conservatory room built off our kitchen and twelve shutters on the front of our brick house "were painted. The second time the outside wood on the conservatory room was repainted and they also painted all the rest of the outside wood on the deck railings and doors (including several things we did not think were included in the contract were repainted. Also, an interior room had plaster repaired and was repainted. Sosa did a superior job with all the painting and rescreened the porch. "Marlo Sosa, the owner, came over the day I called and gave an estimate that was very reasonable. I had drywall repair, throughout my upstairs ceiling and painting. He sent out three workers the next day. Who were punctual, polite, and some of the hardest working men I had ever seen. No breaks were taken except for a lunch break and they worked from 8:30 until 4 both days and got the job done. On day one before they left, everything was cleaned up including sweeping and vacuuming. All drop clothes were pick up and put done the next day. The price includes labor, all materials, and paint. Workers brought their own tools and were very professional. We will use again for future drywall needs, painting or repairs."

"We used Sosa a couple of years ago for an exterior restoration job on 14 or 15 c.1920 original double hung wood windows. He and his crew stripped them all, repaired all the damages from years of use, primed and top coated them twice. They look fantastic. His crew also did some light carpentry on a porch floor repair and then repainted that as well. He is currently bidding an interior job for us with some additional carpentry. Marlo is an easy going, fair price kind of fellow. I really enjoy doing business with him."

"We called Sosa painting on Tuesday after they were recommended by a handyman who recommended we have our front door frame and molding stripped and repainted rather than replaced. He said he had seen their work and had been impressed. We called Sosa Painting, and Mr. Sosa came out later that afternoon to assess the job. He gave us what we thought was a fair price (including burning off old peeling paint). The next morning his crew arrived half an hour earlier than promised. They spent most of that day stripping the old paint and priming the wood. They returned the next day to finish the painting, and also caulk an inset window in our front door and to repaint the door.
They were very tidy, and cleaned up whatever mess they made while working.
We are very happy with their services and will use them again in the future as needed."
